I believe I could bring valuable skills and experience to your education program given I am a college and career readiness teacher in Galena Park ISD. I posse knowledge in both teaching and juvenile justice that would make me stand apart from others and an ideal fit for a middle school teacher at your facility. I understand that in order to rehabilitate young adults we must educate. I have over 5 years of experience in teaching, youth development, and administrative support. Within that time, I have obtained knowledge on grant writings, Plan of Actions, organizing educational summer camps, communicating with others effectively, lesson plans, curriculum, classroom management, and student education engagement. I possess the basic requirements of knowledge word processing and spreadsheet applications including problem solving. I have experience speaking to an audience, multitasking, and working cooperatively with others to succeed a project. I have remarkable verbal and written communication skills. Through my prior work experience I gained organizational, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and proofreading skills. I am very familiar with behavioral course work and can paint realistic scenarios to gain audience understanding.
