• The Customer can be a Parent, Student or Parent, or Guardian on behalf of the student, or Teacher, or other website visitors who registered with or accessed or used the eGrove Systems Website, Application, Software, Mobile Application, Content (“eGrove Systems Platform Software” or “Software”)
• The Terms of Use Agreement is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
• This Disclaimer along with our Terms of Use, Teacher user agreement, Child safety policy, Privacy policy, and other policies describes the disclaimer notices that may arise due to the access, participation, and use of the eGrove Systems Platform and sets forth various guidelines, terms, and conditions of your use of the eGrove Systems platform and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services” or “Service Offerings”)

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

• eGrove Systems, its licensors, affiliates, partners, contractors, or our service providers supply the eGrove Systems Platform software (the “Software”) on an “AS IS” basis and without any guarantees.
• eGrove Systems disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties to the maximum extent authorized by law, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, error-free, and non-infringement of intellectual rights.
• The software programs (all computer & mobile software programs) are inherently complex, and the software may not be free of errors. The software is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to the satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with you.
• eGrove Systems disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, accuracy, timeliness, and performance of the software.
• You acknowledge, agree, and understand that using the application and downloading it are done at your own risk and initiative and that you alone are responsible for any damages or losses of any type incurred as a consequence.
•  You understand, agree, and acknowledge that you or your assignee will not file a claim against, sue, or demand payment or indemnity for any loss, including financial, damage, injury, or other harm of any kind, whether anticipated or unforeseen, suffered by you or any other person as an outcome of using the Software or Service offering directly or indirectly.

NO GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER

• You understand and acknowledge that the Products, Services, or Service Offerings provided by the eGrove Systems depend on the different third-party software, third-party providers, contractors, and partners.
• eGrove Systems does not guarantee 100% availability of services and continued services and the service availability may break due to any reasons.
• eGrove Systems disclaims any warranties express or implied, regarding the Software, Products, and Services Offerings due to the interruption or unavailability
• The eGrove Systems Content and learning materials are developed on the concepts of the structured curriculum syllabus prescribed for the student’s grade level.
• The use of eGrove Systems Services, Products, and Content is not an endorsement or substitution to the curriculum-based education provided by regular educational institutions.
• Enrollment, Subscription to our courses or classes does not guarantee admission to any educational institutions or passing any examinations or guaranteed passing of any examinations with specified percentage achievements or any other guaranteed results.

PRIVACY DISCLAIMER

• The eGrove Systems Platform is made up of workers, independent contractors, partners, affiliates, associates, parents, and other community members (collectively, “Users/ users”). Most of the functionalities offered by eGrove Systems Platform or Service offerings link these individuals and enable the majority of the functionalities offered by eGrove Systems Platform or Service offerings to link these individuals and enable linking these individuals and enable group communication in “Public Spaces.” You acknowledge that anybody who can view, collect, or use any personal information you enter on the eGrove Systems Platform may use it to contact you with unwanted communications.

• eGrove Systems does not warrant that this website, or eGrove Systems Platforms, or Service Offerings, or Products or Content in its servers, or email sent by us or on our behalf are virus-free. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of eGrove Systems Platforms, or Service Offerings, or Products or Content. We will not be liable for any kind of such compensatory or penalties
• eGrove Systems may provide links to eGrove Systems’ Platform, Service Offerings, Products, or Content to the online resources or websites of other companies. The links to third-party sites are provided solely for your convenience and do not represent any endorsement by eGrove Systems.

eGrove Systems is not responsible for the content of any third-party website, nor does it make any representation or warranty of any kind regarding any third-party website. eGrove Systems will not be liable to the consequences of any privacy issues, security issues, or loss/ damages that happen, due to the use of third-party links available on the eGrove Systems Platform or Service offerings

• Even though the communications to or from the eGrove Systems Platform are through a Secured protocol, they may or may not be intercepted by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that you are using the Website at your own risk, and you are solely liable for any results due to the use of the eGrove Systems Platform communications.

• eGrove Systems entire financial responsibility to eGrove Systems Platform Software Users, if any, should not exceed the total fees paid by those users.

You accept that this Disclaimer will apply to you if you use the Website or join up for any eGrove Systems Products or Service Offerings.
