About Me

Hello! My name is Kym Stewart, and I have been teaching for over twenty-six years. I have taught in grades K-5th, with the majority of my time being spent teaching fourth grade. Teaching is a passion for me because I love to see students light up when they start understanding a concept. For the past two years, I have been teaching Gifted students in reading and math for fifth grade. This has been a wonderful experience, and I look forward to teaching it for many more years. I have also turored students off and on since I began my teaching career. Helping students learn is so gratifying and important. We must take care of all of our students!
