Overview

About Me

am a seasoned tutor and recent Yale University graduate with 5+ years of tutoring/teaching experience, including 2 years tutoring SAT/ACT Mat. My teaching style is focused on positive reinforcement and building academic confidence in my students. I have experience building a positive environment that is collaborative and inviting for students to learn and ask questions. In addition, I am very open to feedback and am able to implement strategies quickly, particularly for students with specific needs. My goal is for all of my students to build academic confidence across different subjects so they can be self-sufficient and successful learners. Some of my hobbies outside of the classroom include reading manga, cooking inventive dishes, playing video games, and going hiking!
